The Mobilis project aims to respond to changes in the automotive sector. This inspiring place forms a mix between 'the concession of tomorrow', commercial activities and residential possibilities. We were asked to help put the project on track and came up with a brand new brand identity, including a name.
The investment of client d'Ieteren in this neighborhood is an example of the redevelopment of the canal zone in Brussels. D'Ieteren thus creates employment and chooses to invest in housing.
Catalyzing projects such as Mobilis will provide oxygen to this neighborhood. On the roof floor, hospitality and even urban agriculture will provide an interesting mix. Mobility will assume the connecting role between city, residents and economy.
Mobilis is constantly on the move. The interpretation and context are constantly changing. This dynamic is also reflected in the logo, in which the play of thin and thick lines - also found in the building - is given a new visual interpretation at night. The shape of the building is the visual reference point. In this way, we accentuate the seamless integration into the environment, without sacrificing individuality.
The Mobilis shapes reflect the dynamic nature of the brand. They are used throughout the identity along with images or as decorative elements, thus reinforcing recognizability.
The font strengthens the brand identity. The contrast and interplay between fine, bold, and outlined elements reflect Mobilis' dynamic character. The foundations of this branding, just like the brand itself, are dynamic cornerstones of a brand in full growth.
