The tension: perfection vs. reality
Parents constantly feel like everything needs to be better, nicer, and perfectly organised. Yet real family life is messy by nature. We didn’t want to fix that chaos or paper over it. We wanted to embrace it. Because you don’t need to be a perfect parent. You just need to know: ‘I’ll sort it.’
The idea: I’ll sort it
We started from one simple thought: for every small problem, there’s a solution. Usually closer at hand and cheaper than you’d expect. That’s where ‘I’ll sort it’ came from. Not an advertising promise, but an attitude. Something you say to yourself when things get a bit rough. And something that fits Wibra to a tee: practical, positive, and no fuss.
The execution: recognisable chaos
We used situations every parent knows. Things that go wrong, kids who need something at the last minute, and small problems that somehow feel bigger than they are.
But rather than dwelling on the problem, we put the joy of fixing it front and centre. With products that actually help, ideas that stay realistic, and a healthy dose of perspective. The campaign came to life across radio, video, and social media, and in store — with content and activations that didn’t just inspire parents but genuinely got them sorting things out.
Wibra’s role
Wibra doesn’t play the smug super-parent. The brand simply stands by your side when something needs crafting, washing, decorating, or rescuing. With affordable products and straightforward solutions that turn a little ‘oops’ back into an ‘it’ll be fine’.
The result
A campaign rooted in the reality of family life. Not perfect, but resourceful. Not preachy, but useful. And above all: completely Wibra. Because sometimes you don’t need a grand plan. Just a bit of oomph, the right bits and bobs, and the thought: ‘I’ll sort it’.
