How do you show that, as a health fund, you’re truly reachable everywhere? By being reachable, even in the least reachable place in Flanders. That’s why we brought an old-school phone box back to life and installed it right in the heart of the Flemish Bermuda Triangle, a region between Tienen and Sint-Truiden known for its virtually non-existent mobile network.
The bright green phone box, equipped with a satellite line, connects passers-by directly to a CM representative. With this stunt, CM proves it’s Belgium’s most reachable health fund, even from the least reachable place in Flanders.
The activation ties in with CM’s broader campaign on reachability, where the phone remains the most popular channel: sixty percent of CM members call for quick questions. At the same time, CM continues to expand its digital services through the app and online account, while also investing in physical health service points. The most recent campaign about CM’s services is supported by radio ads and an online video campaign.
This initiative puts CM’s promise of being ‘the most reachable health fund’ in the (bright green) spotlight, showing that CM truly is within reach, even where coverage ends.
